aNet DSL or Dial-up and Keep Your AOL Email Account
Do you want America Online® Internet Service but not it's slow
connections?
Good news! You can subscribe to aNet services, and your
AOL will not only cost less but you can also access the Internet at
better speed.
AOL has a program called "Bring Your Own Access" that allows you
to use their service for just $9.95 per month when you also subscribe to
another Internet service provider. When you use your AOL subscription
with the aNet, you can still access your AOL mailbox, chat and content
plus, with aNet DSL you can be online and on the phone at the same
time.

How does AOL's Bring Your Own Access plan (BYOA) work?
AOL currently provides its customers with:
-
Dial-up connection to the Internet
-
Access to its proprietary content
area
With BYOA, you will no longer use AOL for your
connection to the Internet. Instead, sign up for aNet's much faster
Internet connection, and switch your AOL to the lower-priced BYOA plan
to receive access to their proprietary content area.
Components of BYOA with aNet:
-
A high-speed dial-up connection with Internet
access for $16
- Access to AOL's proprietary content area (AOL's BYOA
Plan) for $9.95
With aNet and the BYOA Plan, you won't have to
switch e-mail addresses, lose your buddy lists or instant messaging
capabilities that you've used through AOL. Now you can get the best of
both worlds without the busy signals and slow
connections.
